Alleloscope
Create figures and predict protein consequences for your mutated alleles.
Copy-paste your gene sequence, add annotations about where the exons are and the nature of the mutation, and it will compute the consequence on the protein and draw it.

Chromatoscope
Compares several Sanger sequencing chromatograms (.ab1) side by side to check alleles at a glance. Files are read locally and never leave your computer. I created it to study heteroallelic and heterozygous mutations, because the two underlying sequences can sometimes be tough to decipher!
